I’m sure that I’m the millionth person to write a blog post entitled “Facebook” in the last three months. This is the deal though - I signed up back in February in order to keep in touch with people when I leave South Africa. I now have well over 100 facebook friends and today I finally managed to integrate the last bit of my online life into facebook.
I’ve been posting pictures to flickr for around two years and my blog has been there since the beginning of the year. Those were really my only two online identities. Then I signed up to facebook and now I have that too. Fortunately though I have a little panel on my profile showing some of my facebook pictures and I now have a box which contains my last few blog posts and will even tell people that I’ve made a new post (like this one). It doesn’t show the pictures but it is there none the less. It’s one step closer to making the perfectionist that I am happy.
Onto news then… the Video Production course I’m now on kicks off properly on Monday after a nice relaxing orientation day yesterday. It’s a three month course and it is seriously intense! Today I tidied the room I’m in a little bit and tonight I’m off to see Shrek the Third. As usual you can find out how to keep in touch with me on my Stay in touch page.
