On the latest Killer’s album (Day and Night) Brandon Flowers asks “are we human or are we dancer[s]“?  I really like this - for me is probing what it is to be human, maybe touching on our spirituality, primal desire and recent lust for knowledge.

It’s been a long time coming.  Sometime in the last couple of days I picked up a new fifty pence coin.  If I knew where I’d go back and kiss the shop assistant.  I now present the completed UK coin set blu-tac’d to my desk:

Finding a “special someone”

So here is a question for you to ponder….
Is it easier to find someone to spend the rest of your life with when you are younger or older?
As we get older I’d like to suggest that:

we gain more life experience
we have more specific points of view (i.e. mindset)
we become more understanding of others

To buy or rent; have tangibly or intangibly?

It’s a pretty odd transition for one to make.  Even in our heavily consumer focused culture, it seems that many people like to own a tangible asset.  Buying a right isn’t the same as owning.  A file on a computer isn’t the same as something that arrives in a box.
