Last night I hosted an evening of poker at my make shift casino. There were not one, but two, curries with ample naan and chapatti. There was music taken from Poker Lounge (Very Best in Poker & Casino Music) and there were some little crib sheets to help people work out the value of their chips and hands.
Much fun was had by the bunch of novices that we were. Much hilarity and timid betting followed by a rush of perilous playing towards the end. Mat ended the evening victoriously hoarding a large pile of chips and the £25 pot that we were playing for.
Looking forward to the next one already.
